Convenient location near a race track, which is a nice bonus. 🏎️ Also, just a quick 2-mile drive from Cedar Ridge Golf Course.

The Staff/ Owners maybe were very friendly and helpful. The pool was still open even though it was after labor Day. Centrally located.

The coffee pot was really dirty, and not just it missed ! cleaning it was built up. Sadly it was warm and the AC didn't work either it ran but with no airflow, so we slept with the back patio door open all night for airflow.

Location just off the boardwalk, the most gorgeous public beach on the Connecticut shoreline nearby, and the Niantic Motel. Immaculate and reasonably priced units with king sized bed.

Clean hotel with greatfacilities and helpful staff. The location quiet and favourable to the casinos.

The location was great for watching the fireworks. There are nearby dining options and easy access to the highway. The staff was accommodating and allowed early check-in without additional fees. The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and ready for the summer season. it was a clean and affordable option compared to luxury hotels in the area.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

The hotel is close to Mohegan Sun Casino. The staff was excellent ! Good price for what we came for, we only needed the room for 1 night, its 15 minutes from the casino.

The heating unit in my room was terrible! It made an awful noise when it was on, I couldn't sleep with the noise so we decided to turn it off and it took 10 minutes of tinkering with it to turn it off, we woke up freezing.

Everything here was nice, I would stay here again. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Truly enjoyed my room, it was beautifully decorated and immaculate with king sized bed...

The motel is in a great location, just a short distance from downtown Niantic and various restaurants. It's also conveniently close to the stunning public beach and boardwalk. Additionally, it's only a mile away from popular tourist spots like Christ Lutheran Church.

The room/hotel had a malodorous smell to it. The room wasn't clean, stains on the chairs, the pillow cases had hairs on them!!!

We had a nice stay at the Niantic Motel. The room had a well-priced and neat king-sized bed. The staff were helpful, and the hotel's location was very convenient, close to the gorgeous public beach.

The only good thing was the price

We came back to the hotel from the casino. The heater in the room wasn't working. Turned the water in to take a shower and the water was a disgusting yellow color. And the t.v. randomly turned off and on constantly for no reason. Called the front desk and nobody was there to answer all night. Couldn't even tell anyone about the problems. Might as well have been in a tent with how cold our room was.

Convenient location at the bottom of the hill 🌄. Grabbed brunch at Daddy's Noodle Bar II, which is just a stone's throw away. The room had a spacious king-sized bed.

I had a decent stay at this motel. The location was convenient for my needs, and I found the rooms to be quite spacious. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as the blow dryer, refrigerator, and small coffee pot. The balcony was a great feature, allowing me to step outside for a smoke without having to go far from my room. I must say, the cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive. The management was also very courteous during my stay.

Almost perfect. However, I couldn't overlook the fact that this is a very old property. The hotel is starting to show its age and needs a massive renovation.
